We are excited that you are considering adding the SVU 2025 Annual Conference & Marketplace to your marketing plans for 2025. We encourage you to download the prospectus and reach out to us with any questions. We can customize any logo item you want, create new sponsorship opportunities and more. As an exhibitor, you will receive:

• Exhibitor-only coffee to start off each day
• Lunch, at no cost, each day in the exhibit hall, served before attendees break for lunch
• Depending on the size of your booth, at least one free conference registration, providing the CME to this staff member
• Pre and post list of attendees, including emails from those that chose to opt-in

Live Scanning

As educators speak from the dais, a sonographer or physician expert  demonstrates using your machine, with your images projected onto the big screens.

Attendee Bag Insert

Get your name in the hands of the attendees even before the Marketplace opens up. Sponsors are responsible for receiving SVU approval, producing and shipping the bag insert and are limited to the item being a flyer or brochure. Additional bag inserts are available (such as pens, notebooks, etc.), for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss this.

Student and Technologist Educational Scholarships

Awarded to selected individuals based on the submitted essays on why they want to attend the SVU 2025 Annual Conference & Marketplace. This scholarship will help with the costs associated with registering and traveling to the conference.

Attendee Lanyards

Every attendee needs a lanyard to hold their show badge. Sponsoring the lanyards will keep your logo around the necks of attendees for the entire event.

SVU 2025 Annual Conference & Exhibition Cancellation Penalties (Exhibit Booths & Sponsorship’s)

Important Dates:

• February 28 - Early Bird Deadline for Exhibitors
• June 1 – Last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the $300 cancellation processing fee.
• July 1 – Final booth and sponsorship payments (applications received after May 1 must be accompanied by full payment before space is assigned)

SVU Annual Conference Age Policy

Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend SVU Annual Conference education sessions, exhibit hall or other social events. Only registered meeting attendees and those with a daily guest/exhibit badge will be allowed in the exhibit hall.

Infants (12 months or younger) who need to be with their parent will be allowed in the exhibit hall provided they are being carried by an adult (no strollers).
